Days 8/9 - 29th/30th August: Vatican City, going home

Days 8/9 - We headed back into Rome from Viterbo, and went to the Vatican. Went through the Vatican Museum, and then in the evening headed to the airport (planning to sleep there overnight). It was conveniently closed from midnight to 4.30am due to building works or something, so we had to sleep outside! Had a bit of a rough night, then got on our flight, and eventually got back to Scotland by 1pm the next day.
