TTDX Editor 1.20 released

Following in the footsteps of December’s Saved Game Manager update, I have released a new version of TTDX Editor, the first since 2004! The main feature is improved compatibility with modern versions of Windows (although TTDX Editor was less broken in this respect than the Saved Game Manager). The new version also includes a handful of bug fixes and some other minor improvements. If you’re interested, you can download it here.
I’m intending to release a new version of TTDAlter with similar improvements at some point in the future (although I’ve yet to start work on it, and TTDAlter was by far the most complex of my Transport Tycoon utilities). In the longer term, I also would like to work on versions of TTDAlter and TTDX Editor that work with OpenTTD (manipulating GRF files in the case of TTDAlter), but those will both basically involve complete rewrites. Maybe in another 8 years, eh? 🙂
