TTDAlter 4.0.9 Beta released

I have released version 4.0.9 beta of TTDAlter. This contains various new features from 4.0.8, including Disasters support (change when certain disasters occur), bug fixes, and more. 4.0.9 beta does not rely on having existing versions installed, but if you have TTDAlter 4.0-4.0.8 installed, the Setup program will upgrade it automatically.
