Time flies, as is usually the case

I could have sworn it was only the start of April a few days ago, and now it’s nearly May. With May comes exams… my exams are on the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th. I would have preferred a day between each if possible, but oh well, this way gets them over and done with quickly I suppose! Then I’ll probably be sticking around up here for a few days (I hope to do my Pass Plus then if I can), before heading down to Grandad’s for the summer. I guess I’m going to try to find some work of sorts down there – working in Tesco or something glamorous like that probably. If I can afford it though, I would like to go down to Brazil to see Dad for a bit, but we’ll have to see what happens there. Otherwise, it’s going to be a fairly unexciting summer.

1. Heh, I remember that happening to me with some of my second year exams, although I did end up doing OK. What was a little bit annoying though was that I managed to do particularly well in the Spanish exams and I was dropping Spanish from my degree for my final year. (But just to complicate matters I ended up doing two modules of Spanish anyway in the final year as part of my single French because it was rather hard filling the required eight (I think it was) from French alone and you could do two from elsewhere!)

2. Yes, I too have been experiencing how time flies. At this speed, it won’t be long before I turn 19 (June 20).

   And I’ve been having deja vu’s as of late, but that’s not relevant.
