UTF-8 in mIRC!

Yes, after many years of waiting, mIRC finally supports UTF-8! No more shall Patchman have to complain about my lack of UTF-8ness on #tycoon. 😉
If you use IRC, particularly any channel that I’m on, I’d recommend you upgrade to mIRC 6.17 in order to not get annoyed whenever I use the pound sign or the ¬_¬ smiley. 😛
