Exam results!

(I will post a blog about my holidays soon, once I’ve got time)
Got my exam results this morning, and generally, they’re pretty good. I’ve passed everything, anyway, which is all you need to do. I got 18.2 for Computer Science, 16.4 for Discrete Mathematics, 10.5 for Management and 13.5 for Philosophy. Exams are graded on a non-linear 20 point scale, where a 5 is all that is needed to pass. I’m quite pleased with the first two marks in particular, anyway. 🙂
Now then, my Mac Mini has just arrived, so time to set it up!

Well, I’ve had quite a bit of experience with pre-OS X Macs, but not all that much with OS X, so it’ll be a bit of an adventure. 🙂

Well, I was rubbish at maths, or at least the kind of stuff that was in Higher Maths. That and the whole, hm, “distraction” thing that went on most of the year didn’t help. But I needed this course to get into 2nd year Comp Sci anyway, so I wanted to pass it. 😉

fair play to you then. i blame the gu for most of that, its so nice and peaceful living in a place without him. although hes in edinburgh, i think i can still smell him in aberdeen, lol. Still getting some action with the bird?

Well done on the exams. Hope you’re gonna put Ubuntu PPC on that Mac Mini? They do look real sexy I must admit. But still… Apple…

That’d kind of defeat the point of having a Mac, though. I have Ubuntu on my PCs. 😛
